Marketing Project Manager
Job Description:

As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll work with clients who get it, awesome sales professionals, and our folks in digital, promotions and creative teams. Get out there and  grow with an employee-owned company that’s part of your community. Who knows what tomorrow will be like.

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Project Manager position will be someone that  has a marketing background and is excited to use a suite of tools to help great local businesses grow!

This person needs to be able to demonstrate organization, communication, prioritization
and creative problem-solving skills with business owners, managers and various internal
departments.

Essential job functions:
• Communicate with sales reps and clients to help carry out the necessary steps in
their marketing campaign.
• Assist with the successful creation and execution of proposals and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales, digital, promotions and creative departments, along with clients to
ensure the advertising/marketing campaign deadlines are met.
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 40 hours a week.

Personal Requirements:
• The candidate must be positive, a problem solver, curious and motivated. You should have
good communication, organizational, analytical and project management skills.
• A driver’s license needed as you will have occasional local travel.
• Attend an occasional weekend or evening event.
• Marketing experience preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
• Base salary of $35,000 - $45,000 plus bonuses.

SALES RECRUITMENT: Strategists

People make little bit of money selling businesses Google ad words or making a Facebook post or two. A reasonable gig. People have made a respectable living in the radio sales biz. That works too. But come upstairs to where the strategists live. Now, this takes some smarts. This takes some planning. But when you can sit down with a locally owned business in town, take the parts apart, look-see under the hood, and give them the right prescription for what they need… you can live pretty large. But you can't come at this with any preconceived notions. No, see, what we do here is gather a war chest of tools, amazingly strong things that work online, on the radio, and most importantly…works to make a local business a superstar in town. If that kind of thing is in your blood, we'd love to talk to you. Job duties include prospecting, sales, service and collections with new advertising customers. You will have strong listening and presenting skills, advanced writing skills, superior relationship-building skills, and the ability to generate creative ideas for our customers. Outside sales experience is a plus. Midwest Family La Crosse offers a strong program of on-going training and in-field coaching. An associate or bachelor's degree in marketing is desirable but not mandatory. Midwest Family La Crosse employs only full-time, career salespeople. Group Health Insurance, Paid Vacation, 401(K).
