Job Posting: Receptionist/Traffic Assistant
Job Description: Primary responsibilities will be to answer phones and greet visitors. Other responsibilities are to enter advertiser contracts and prepare daily commercial logs for our local radio stations . Additional responsibilities could include managing commercial inventory, and reconciling commercial logs, managing online store.
Essential job functions (but not limited to):
Receptionist duties..ex: answer phones, greet visitors
Generate daily commercial program logs, which requires working at a fast pace to
Accurately enter orders and help to manage our inventory
Reconciling program logs to ensure advertiser’s spot placements are as ordered
Assigning commercial spot numbers to ensure proper ad rotation
Completing affidavits for barter and network commercials
Order entry of network commercial schedules on a weekly basis
Order entry of client schedules
Other administrative duties when needed may also be assigned
Personal Requirements: Qualified candidates will portray a positive attitude and strong work ethic to ensure a productive and successful environment within our company. The individual must have the ability to meet daily deadlines.
Previous traffic experience or experience in the broadcast industry preferred but not required
Salary and Benefits:
Hourly/Salary based on Full-Time hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
